Hello friends, myself Cyril Mohite. I am first class 2016 pass out mechanical graduate from Alard college of engineering. Currently I am looking for right job in my field of interest. After my final year I faced challenges regarding proper understanding of what industry wants from a candidate. I didn t have any software knowledge as well. I had given an interview at company named TACO. They were looking for candidate having adequate knowledge of CAE software as well as some technical knowledge on CAE. The reason I felt for not getting selected was, I did not present myself properly in terms of giving proper answers and I had less software knowledge. As I was exploring options to become employable, I came across IKSC from my friend. When I paid a visit at IKSC, I met with Mr. Atul Patil Sir. He guided me through various career options by appropriately developing knowledge on different domains. Also I spoke with some of students at IKSC. Looking at good learning environment and discussing with my parents I decided to join IKSC.
IKSC offers courses on different domains and learning is provided from industry point of view. I had taken psychometric test, which gave me a clear picture about my career planning. My interest was always in technical field. And psychometric results also showed my area of interest in technical field. Based upon results I opted for BIW and Crash Analysis. At IKSC the training you get is from industry perspective. Also projects you work on gives you good fundamental knowledge and experience. My experience on e-learning was good. My batch timings were flexible enough for me to complete my domain knowledge and do some practice as well. You can get guidance, motivation from Sir through periodic meetings or personally talking to him.
Through IKSC I had got an opportunity to work as CAE intern at RH techno systems. My learning and knowledge at IKSC helped me to be effective in my work and complete projects on time.
Before joining IKSC I was not aware of what really goes on in industry and what exactly they look for in a candidate. I have increased my fundamental, software knowledge as well as my soft skills. My overall experience at IKSC was good. I do recommend to my friends to join IKSC if they are looking for right career path.
