Worst staff and worst doctor! I was on hold for 20 minutes just to make an appointment. They told me the appointment was scheduled. When I called back, I come to find out it was actually NOT scheduled. They finally sheduled it. The day of the appointment I was charged a $50 copay. I tried to explain to the staff and office manager that they should NOT charge me the copay since my insurance covers 100% at this time. They were being argumentative so I paid it. I then called my insurance and my insurance confirmed with the manager over the phone that they should NOT have charged me. I am now waiting for a refund. They do NOT listen, starting with the manager. You get ignored when you come in, no greeting. The doctor was talking at 100 miles per hour and would not let me talk. When I gave him feedback about his staff and told him he should slow down, he got upset, told me he would sue me and told me to leave.
