Have been getting the run around as to why they took Internet off our service and continued to charge for it. When called to get it fixed they transferred me to 3 different people. The representatives do not look at the notes and that is why none of them had the right CMAC code even though it was provided more than 3 times. Had an appointment and the technician never showed up and they said they will not be able to come until the next day. If any of you have children in school you know how hard it is due to the fact that school is now online. They can turn it off with out coming, with no notification, and with the bill being paid but can not turn it back on with out coming to the house.
