This hotel is a 3 at best. I was in building 14. Th room is old and dirty. Toilet doesn t flush well. The shower head had to be held while showering. The bathroom sink was a very slow drain. Not only were there cock roaches in the room, my Dr. confirmed several bites from sleeping were in fact bed bug bites!! I asked for the these items to be fixed and it was never done. I received a face clothe 3 of the 6 nights. I hung my cloth each day hoping they would not take it, they did. You do not receive all inclusive service. Definitely consider this resort false advertisement! Room service is an extra cost for everything and you re lucky to get it 3 hours after ordering. You receive 2 bottles of water a day absolutely no more. I was told to drink the water from the faucet if you want more. What??? Don t get me wrong. I love Costa Rica and will go back but never to this resort!! Staff really doesn t care unless you tip them for everything then they become a bit attentive. Very sad as the resort could be a fabulous place with proper management and maintenance. Scenery and views are fabulous. I was hoping for much more in my first experience in Costa Rica.......
