I ordered a frontega chicken panini with no red on...

I ordered a frontega chicken panini with no red onions. I arrived home to find a ton of red onions, 2-3 tiny shreds of chicken, little-to-no cheese and sauce, and no tomatoes or basil. I posted a long review earlier, but don't see it. The photo I uploaded keeps disappearing off my review as well. After calling 5 times to get through to someone and getting a busy signal, I finally got through to a manager. He was apologetic and gave me a refund. However, this has been going on the past year or so, I was too dumb to stop going there. Not anymore. Their food is overly-priced as is, and serving subpar food is completely unacceptable. Also, I agree with other reviewers about the rude people in the drive thru. There is a dark haired woman who is incredibly rude and just plain unpleasant.
