Highly don't recommend working or buying from this...

Highly don't recommend working or buying from this company as the owner is unethical towards honest and hard working contractors they hire (we never met her, but she's the boss of the person who was scamming us, so she was well aware), they threaten not to pay invoices if the contractors don't give them a significant discount, after the work has been completed. So if you support a company where they don't pay contractors after work has been done, then go support this shady company. JD development (julia) owns 6-7 REZ-One buildings which are student apartments, which we did work for them, after the work was done, Grace Chen (the manager that works for julia aka the owner) denied to pay our 28k invoice and made random things up in order to not pay the full amount (after a whole month after the work was done, when it came time to pay, a bunch of nonsense was made up to not pay full amount), I was forced to reduce 3,200 off the invoice after they did not want to pay the invoice, took about 60 days after the work was done to get paid. They did not want to pay. I was nearly forced to go to small claims court.... When a company this big tries to scam hard working contractors for pennies.... If you want to buy or hire from a company who uses "chinese" domination tactics ripping off hard working people.... Then work with them....
