Ty did not show up to my wedding. Thank goodness I booked 2 photographers or I would have been absolutely screwed. I did not find out until I walked in to the venue to get ready for my wedding day. He did not attempt to find a second photographer to come photograph my wedding as I had paid for 2. I only received one of the 2 albums I paid for and it was like pulling teeth to get that. After failing to attend he would not return emails or calls. I asked for a refund for my second photographer fee as that end of the bargain was not fulfilled and ended up making a judgement for my Money that he still has failed to pay.

Please enlighten me Ty as to how I received all my services when I paid extra money for a second photographer and only received one. Please tell me how receiving one album when I paid for two is receiving all services. I was honest and took my contract to the judge. You would know if you would have shown up. NOWHERE in my contract states that you will be in New York. I will gladly send that to you. I kept a copy of the contract that I signed with you and I have read it and nowhere does it state that. Also it states if you are unable to make it to the event and cannot find a photographer you will refund. Well i paid for 2 and you only provided one so you should be paying me for the 2nd photographer and my parent book that I paid for and did not receive. You told me you would refund the money on numerous occasions and never did so I went to court where you did not show up to the court date. You did not show up to the court date and state that I lied to the judge and didn't take the contract and I did all that and never lied. I am so disappointed in you.
