I can't say enough about the service I received from Feldmar Watch Co. I have a vintage Baume & Mercier timepiece that my husband gave me for Easter in 1979. I love, love, love the watch (even more than my wedding ring), and when it wouldn't run right, I was desperate. No one in Portland, Ore., could take care of it. My son found Feldmar on the web and told me, "Don't fiddle around. Send it to these people?" So I sent it off. Feldmar kept in touch over the long process of sending it first to Dallas headquarters and then to Switzerland. Now the watch is restored, and I plan to pass it on to my granddaughter. Thank you, Feldman Watch Co. If anything goes wrong with my mom's 1940s ladybug Rolex, I'll send it your way.
