I'm about to get a puppy and I had a TON of questions. Ian's YouTube video's are awesome and I wanted to ask specific questions regarding my personal situation. I setup a virtual consultation and he was amazing. Again, I had TONS of questions (I'm going to be a first time puppy owner) and he was really supportive and gave excellent advice. It definitely boosted my confidence as I was feeling like I might fail but we walked through a potty training plan and a schedule to get the puppy to become addicted to his chew toy. I'll definitely be setting recurring virtual meetings. Unfortunately I'm too far to attend in person trainings but the virtual meeting was exactly what I needed. Highly recommended
