Terrible customer service, have been waiting 18day...

Terrible customer service, have been waiting 18days for a small package to arrive. I have rung but no answer, my first email was answered but the tracking link they sent did not work. I have emailed numerous times but no one has answered. How come something order from China on the same day arrived yesterday but Kingsland road to Aldgate (1.5m) seems to be impossible. really not happy and would not use or recommend this shop!!!
Had to give one star but really didn't want to!!
