Because of Lori Dale and because of her amazing and outstanding customer service, I rate Oxford Dodge with 5 stars (I would have rated them 10 stars if that option was available). The entire team was wonderful but Lori exceeded my expectations as a customer. My warranty was about to expire and I was worried about few repair items that won't make it under warranty but Lori did an amazing job in making sure my van gets repaired. She took extra care of every little concern that I had and she made sure that I don't leave with my van until everything was perfect and until I was absolutely satisfied. I sincerely thank you, Lori, and look forward to see you for my next service appointment. It is individuals like Lori that make businesses succeed.
