I give a star because otherwise you can't write. From 06/09 sent an international registered letter to Nice. Never left the Italian territory. After 3 calls and reports to the toll-free number, a written complaint in the office and even online, I still don't have an answer. The registered letter contains legal documents that are about to expire, plus they cost a lot of money. Disastrous experience !!!! The worst thing is that nobody gives you a reason.
