The staff is very friendly and personable. I really appreciated that. However, they were not very timely. My appointment was at 915 and I did not leave until close to 11. The majority of that time was spent waiting. I probably saw the nurse practitioner and an assistant for no more than 20 minutes. Good service. But they should do better on time. I was late to my next meeting
