Horrible experience. Create a ticket, receive call...

Horrible experience. Create a ticket, receive call from agent, agent tells you a technician will call you, technician calls from ROBO line, and leaves a voicemail for you to call back. You call back, reference ticket number, agent tells you a technician will call you, and the horrible cycle starts all over again! In the end, I wasn t able to receive a replacement for the damaged part! Waste of time!
