We came here for a R&R weekend with my daughter who has ASD . When we went to the pool and Jacuzzi there was a sign on the door indicating that they were both broken. We sought out staff who told us it would be at least a week until the right part came. I approached the front desk to request some compensation, since we went to a beach resort in January, there s not much else to do but swim and relax in the Jacuzzi and at no point (not on the day before when we called to confirm the reservation nor on the day of check-in) did they disclose to us the broken pool and Jacuzzi.

I complained to the manager and he rectified the situation fairly. Other than that, the rooms were spotless and the spa was lovely.
