Close proximity to the Civil Rights museum and Bea...

Close proximity to the Civil Rights museum and Beale street so didn't need a car for vacation. If you are into walking, you can walk to Sun Studios to do a tour and get free shuttle to Graceland. Also, a 20 min walk to the Mississippi River to get on the river boats. The room decor was modern, good space and amenities. Large windows with view of downtown was nice. Had a fitness center with decent equipment. Expect some street noise since it's at an intersection.
