Currently have dice communication. Internet plan with 100mb. Service is so slow for $75 a month. We tested our speed and we were getting as low as 5mb; definitely not what we re paying for. This service is key to my boyfriends success as he sometimes works from home. We tried contacting dice communication and no response, no one can t give us an answer. One technical called my boyfriend and set up a visit to our place to figure out the issue. My boyfriend took time from work to meet this person, who never showed up; my boyfriend called him and he finally answered via text by telling him he was busy doing an other job and to please just text him. He never called him to let him know he was not gonna be there and not even an apology. After this, we re still trying to get answers and no one can t contact us back. Horrible service; definitely not worth what we re paying for. Unfortunately looks like this is the only provider in my area. If you get their service, be ready to be dealing with issues and being ignored.
