I have always had a good experience at this theater, but today at 12:30pm whoever the manager is name, was very rude at us at the food concession as we were claiming to be taken first (we pay for the premiere stubs service) she even laughed in our face. very very disappointed as we come very often an this is the first time something like that happens to us
