We didn't order anything crazy but it took 30 minutes to get our food. That may not seem like much but when you have young children 30 minutes feels like hours. No one apologized for the wait. The waitress forgot my kids drink refills after they asked so that was another 10 minutes or so. The food was fine. Maybe they were short staffed across the board this Saturday evening or something, but I wouldn't go back if this is the norm. I just ended up leaving feeling annoyed.
