I recently engaged with a consulting firm for a project, and the experience was somewhat standard. The team at the firm was professional and provided adequate support, but I found that the solutions offered lacked a certain level of innovation. The communication was average, and there were some delays in response times. The consultants were knowledgeable, but I was hoping for more creative insights and out-of-the-box thinking. Overall, the experience was decent, but I believe there's room for improvement in terms of providing more unique and impactful solutions to their clients.
