Extremely poor event management. Avoid for corporate functions and team days.

We confirmed and paid a deposit mid August for our event on Friday November 1st locking in a Go Kart Grand Prix 3 for our staff (21) in addition to a number of Mustang hot laps after the GP.

Last minute date change to Thursday 5th December, time changes adding new constraints not previously discussed and price increases days before the event created a number of logistical issues and frustrations for us, however, the day went well. Until we realized that despite the increased charges we were considerably short changed on what had been agreed with over 25% of the planned racing not delivered.

When we took this up with the operators they told us that they were acting under instruction of the events manager and that we should speak to her. The events manager was of no help at all, offered no apology and failed to even acknowledge our complaint. She refused our request to speak with the General manager and even walked off.

We are a South Australian based national business trying to support another South Australian organisation. After spending thousands of dollars even with all the issues leading up to the event, I was extremely disappointed at the attitude towards us as a group and the lack of an explanation or apology.

No communication has been received since the event. Others be warned.
