Very disappointed. Requested early check-in when I made reservation. Arrived 2 hours before check-in and was put in the queue . Hour and a half later we called from parking lot and my requested room on upper floor with mountain view was not ready. Went in at 3:40 and was told they had 1 room on upper floor and it had a rooftop view. When I asked if this roof topview inpeded our view I was told no . We were very tired after a 5 mile hike at Portage Lake and wanted a nap and shower before our 6 pm dinner so I accepted room. When we opened door to our getaway package room, it was not scenic, no view of skiers on hill and the rooftop was blocking half of the view.

Worst of all there are scented Aromatherapy oil Reed Sticks & Diffusers on check in desk that have scented entire lobby and elevators. With my scent allergies my nose stared running and
both my husband and I had headaches from it. I expressed my concern at check in and at check out I filled out comment card. We come every year but will not return. If you have scent allergies, do NOT book a room until you inquire about the removal of these diffusers. The check out person I shared my concern with said they had received a lot of complaints. We left early because we felt awful physically and the room was not the romantic room I had requested. Waiting 2 hours for a room to be cleaned and then the quality of the room received was one that should have been given to someone who checked in last minute and so was given the last room available, is not serving your customers. So very disappointed and feel like we ve been ripped off
