Traded in our 2016 Arctic Fox 27-5L for a newer model, the 2020 28-5C and couldn't be happier. Same attention to detail, same quality workmanship. Had one major problem with the living room slide, called the manufacturer, (spoke with Justin and Brent in Oregon) and the issue was resolved easily with their help. They spoke directly with our repair shop here in NY, gave them instructions, and the repair was done very quickly. We paid the bill and received a reimbursement check within a week or so from Northwoods (as the fiver is still under warranty). Very pleased with the level of service provided. More importantly.....my husband has called both Justin and Brent numerous (numerous!!) times with a multitude of questions (re: wiring for additional solar, etc), and they have always taken the time to listen and offer help. Not once shown anything but a desire to help, and that says a lot about their customer service. Highly recommend this company!!
