Great drop-in experience. For a traveling CrossFitter the facility was easy to find, website was packed with all the correct information, and the BOX contained the latest ROGUE equipment. The owner contacted me within an hour of my original email regarding affiliate drop-ins. I would highly recommend CF Sua Sponte to everyone......from beginner to competitor!
