Our leasing office took away our deposit box and instead implemented Entrada as a way for residents to pay rent outside of their Monday through Friday 9-5 hours. We were told it would be a "small" convenience fee for paying with a card on the site. That small fee is $31 and change, only because we have MasterCard. If we had Visa, it would be $50. That is ridiculous and unnecessary. Terms and conditions also stipulate they can charge you fees WITHOUT notice! What businesses like this set out to do ought to be illegal.
