The toy room is a mess with piles of toys on the floor that you have to crawl over.
Good luck getting anyone to answer the phone. I tried calling like 5 times one Saturday about scheduling a donation pickup. Finally, I drove over there to talk to someone. They scheduled delivery for the next week and arrived right on time.
