Terrible at protecting sellers. Soon this will be China marketplace because the margins are so small. Ebay does not listen or care about your opinion, and they create horrible business practices for anyone who sells through them, allowing dishonest buyers to take advantage. Ebay only cares about their bottom line and pushes all financial cost to the sellers while raking in significant returns with little to no liability or responsibility.

In the three months since I wrote this review eBay has accidentally deleted my store and would not admit responsibility or fix it for two weeks. After calling every day a rep finally fixed it in about two minutes with no issue. For two weeks they said it could not be corrected. Tonight I was HUNG UP ON by a customer service rep. What a disgrace this company is to sellers and buyers.
