I love to give glowing reviews, this is not one of them.
My experience is not a positive one with this firm.
I contacted the office about the reckless and negligent practice of a business that provides home healthcare givers, breech of contract and the emotional distress this caused for my 85 year old dementia mother.
In return I received the standard impersonal rejection email.
Apparently if the case is not an absolute ambulance chasing car accident " the firm" doesn't see a case they could take. In other words, unless there's big insurance money to go after they are not really interested in helping the little guy.
There truly is no one to protect the elderly.
