I've loved this place for a lot of years and I love the food and coffee! However they let themselves down with the service, having to ask for things to be cleared or cleaned where you are sitting while three young ladies chat behind the till and to be made to feel like you're interrupting them when asking to receive service, apart from occasionally unapproachable staff, there are some friendly people and a great menu :)
