Never in my life have I received worse care from a hospital. The way they treat people here is INHUMANE. BEWARE of their billing department. If you have state insurance THEU WILL NOT BILL IT. They will repeatedly tell you they are going to bill it and just keep sending you bills until it eventually hits collections. And there's nothing you can do about it. Call their billing department? Goes straight to voicemail. Hours to get a call back to speak with rude people who know EXACTLY what kind of scam they are pulling on people with state insurance. So glad I left and went to the University of Iowa. This place should be shut down. The amount of times I've has to call this place is insane, they care nothing about you. Not to mention they are not VBAC friendly. Fix your billing department. People should not have to fight to get a hospital to bill their insurance correctly.
