I don t usually leave reviews but I lived at Zara for two years and I could not have had a more wonderful experience. Let's start with the location. It's in a quiet area and lots of your daily basic needs are taken care of because everything you need is nearby. Plus, you can literally walk to everything which is a major plus. The apartments are super comfy and provide the perfect amount of storage space for one or two people. The floor is easy to clean, and the kitchen is great. Plus the rents are not unreasonable which makes living here really affordable. The staff is wonderful and they are a big part of the reason my experience living at Zara is so great. If there is an issue with anything, they are quick to answer and would send someone within a couple days to fix the problem. They are very understanding. Most of the tenants here are nice and friendly people. I really cannot emphasize how great of a landlord these people are. It is nice to have direct contact with them, especially now that big corporate companies are buying most apartment complexes, which can make you feel like a number when trying to contact someone about an issue. They are a hidden treasure and I'm so glad I found them and got to live here. I would give 6 stars if I could
