I had an appointment here to help me find affordable mental health services in the area and I had a meeting with Jasmine. She was super helpful and supportive throughout the entire process! She made finding a therapist way more manageable and helped me find multiple resources to help with insurance and therapy. She also really seemed to care and wanted to find something that would work for me. I was treated with tons of compassion and support. Super simple and easy! Wholeheartedly recommend you make an appointment with them if you are looking for resources in the community in regards to mental health!
