I got a very disturbing experience with laus group auto service center at clark freeport zone. I just got discriminated in my own country by their service advisor who chose not to follow the supposed sequence of service priority by giving 1st priority to a foreigner by not following the priority number they themselves gave to clients. They probably thought that filipinos have no capacity to pay services at their shop so never mind them prioritize they foreigner. I got furious because i am supposed to be serve ahead of the foreigner but even though i showed them my priority number they simply didnt mind or probably refused to mind. To their service managers credit (Mr. Federico Paguio)he tried to address my complaint but still damaged has been done. I do hope the management will address this kind of attitude of their employees. Remember not all filipinos are poor. And please dont discriminate your own kababayan here in our country. I hurriedly left the service center feeling down due to their attitude
