Always enjoy the variety of classes offered from restorative to active flow. there s something for everyone. the quality of the teachers is great and they are all very helpful and open to questions no matter how simple or complicated. A real hidden gem. Would recommend to all interested in a committed yoga community. Have been attending regularly for last 3 years and always gets better.
