Made an appointment with a new doctor, who was not...

Made an appointment with a new doctor, who was not on the website so I couldn't even read about him/her to see if it would be a good fit. Then, I needed to cancel my appointment because someone near me tested positive for COVID so I now have to be quarantined. I have been trying to call them for 3 HOURS. The line is either "busy" or I get hung up on. I emailed the front desk to let them know from the email that they sent me paperwork and no response. I just want to cancel my appointment so I don't get charged but I can't do that if you don't have a good phone system.
