The water parks are great and the activities are plentiful. But, that being said... our room was "okay", we had spots on our sheets when we checked in and showed the housekeeping staff, came back and no changed sheets! They completely ignored our issue. Coffee pot didn't work and the 2nd floor is terrible for sound. You can hear everything in the halls and the floor above you. Way to pricey for the service and comfort!!! I won't be staying there again, for the price and the service!
