Made a tee time online for this morning at 7:21am....

Made a tee time online for this morning at 7:21am. It says the clubhouse opens at 7, but no one was there until 7:30. We walked in and the gentleman working in the clubhouse stated no one could golf until 8:30 due to frost. I also could not find this information anywhere on their website. I understand they need to protect the course, but why give people an option to make a tee time if it's not possible to play. It was a waste of a trip for myself and two other individuals.
