I am Prajakta Baliram Khadtar. I have completed my post- graduation in Thermal & Fluids Engineering in 2017 from Dr. B.A.T. University with distinction. I want to pursue my career as a CAE analyst in reputed organization, so currently I am CAE intern at IKSC Knowledge Bridge Pvt. ltd.
As I want to pursue my career as a CAE analyst, I started looking for a job in same field during my last year of M. Tech. I searched for a job opening on many job portal sites and I realized that for this field company required domain knowledge, software knowledge as well as experience. Then I started looking for institutes who gives training on meshing and analysis software and I came to know about IKSC Knowledge Bridge Pvt. ltd. After meeting Mr. Atul Patil Sir I came to know that in addition to software training this institute also provide domain knowledge in the same field. Before joining to IKSC, Sir suggested me to give world class psychometric test to know my strengths, weaknesses and career aspiration. It helped me a lot.
At IKSC I am CAE intern from last 11months, where I have acquired expertise on software s like hyper-mesh, Ansa, ls-dyna and optistruct as well as I am taking training on six-sigma. Self-learning method at IKSC helps me a lot to improve my self-learning ability. At IKSC due to self -learning and e-learning I got opportunity to select batch of my preferred timing and also I am spending more time for practicing.
Before joining IKSC, my communication and presentation skills were not good. Daily meetings at IKSC helped me a lot to improve my personality and presentation skills. Sir also motivate us and guide us for how to behave in personal and professional life which is important in corporate world. In addition to meetings, interview sessions conducted by sir helped me to developed my interview skills.
Using all skills and knowledge I have acquired, I have done different industry level projects at IKSC which made me confident and industry ready. After joining IKSC I can see more developments in me and my domain knowledge and technical skills are improved which made me confident to work as entry level CAE analyst in my dream organization.
I recommend passionate fresher as well as experienced engineers to join IKSC Knowledge Bridge Pvt. ltd. to develop domain knowledge and skills.
