Badly in need of renovation. At first, not noticeable until one sits on the toilet seat and notice the fine details that needs attention. One of the foot to the bathroom sink fell off from a slight brush with the leg of my son. Embassy street sign is rusty when viewed from the 4th floor window on peach street.
