Borrowed a diamond drill. Unfortunately, the machine stopped every few seconds - it was hardly possible to work with it.

When it was returned, I was told - "No, everything on the machine is OK, it must be like that". For me that is a bit questionable.

In addition to the rental price, an additional 10% liability insurance was taken from me. The rent is really steep - I was very annoyed about it, especially since no one told me when I borrowed that I would have to take out insurance for the rent. Unfortunately, you only get that when you get this deducted from the deposit.

Device nothing / conditions very questionable.

Despite everything, the MA were nice and friendly - even if there is nothing they can do about it.

Everyone falls for it sometimes - I've learned the lesson and just have to look around for alternatives.
