Although I didn't end up buying a car at this dealership I must note it was an excellent experience from start to finish. Shelby, the Business Development Manager and Joe, my salesperson were professional, communicative, and courteous throughout the entire process. I will absolutely be visiting Grossman again in the future once we are back in the market for a vehicle.
