We had a terrible experience at this clinic. Over the May 2020 long weekend, My 8-week old German Shepherd, Juni, was experiencing pain and frequent urination. The vet recommended bloodwork, urinalysis, and an overnight stay on IV fluids. He said my dog had possibly ingested a toxic substance and was likely experiencing kidney failure and the prognosis was grim. The vet had me sign a Do Not Resuscitate form (apparently standard practice, but very distressing). Long story short and $2300 later, we visited my regular vet after the weekend. Juni was treated for a urinary tract infection. After repeated attempts, I was unsuccessful at receiving even a partial refund from this clinic. Their response was:" It has been found that all services that were provided to Juniper, were both consented for and warranted.". Had I continued to take the vet's advice, I would have incurred thousands of dollars more in costs. He recommended an x-ray, ultrasound, another night's stay, and a variety of other tests. In summary, I found this clinic to be highly unprofessional, exorbitantly priced and caused our family a great deal of distress - all of which was completely unnecessary.
