A few months or so ago, I reached out to Lighting & Bulbs Unlimited to order an older Kohler part for hanging fans on my front porch. I worked with Johnson to get the parts ordered and paid for with arrangements to deliver to my home. A week or so after the initial order, I received my order however there was only 1 of 2 ordered parts received. I immediately followed up with Johnson and he stated he would follow up and get back with me. Through no fault of his own, it took a few more weeks for Kohler to finally respond to him that the second part was discontinued. I was disappointed to learn this after several weeks of waiting but Johnson, using his knowledge of the part I needed and other fan vendors suggested an alternate part from another vendor, offered to refund the cost of the original part and finally offered to personally deliver the alternate part to my home at no additional charge! The most important part of this interaction, to me anyway, is I didn't need to ask/suggest Johnson do these things for me. This is the definition of EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE and I want to thank Johnson and Lighting & Bulbs Unlimited for that greatly for 'Making It Right'! If you have ANY Lighting & Bulbs (and Fan) needs ..... this is the business to go with!! I would recommend them to everyone!!
