Stay away from this horror house. An absolutely horrible experience at this hotel! The air conditioning in the entire hotel didn t work throughout my stay. We had to sleep with the balcony door closed as well; because the guest next to us was a chain smoker. When we requested some a price adjustment or discount for our horrible time here at this hotel. They abruptly denied us and were completely indifferent to our complaints. Horrendous customer service. They merit this review. I uploaded a pic of an email response confirming that the AC didn t work during our stay.
