Worst customer service I have ever experienced. They said I never called to cancel my winterization service, and since they had no record, they would charge me the full amount whether I brought my boat in or not. I did call to cancel, they gave me verbal confirmation that it was done, and I didn't hear from them until they called me to schedule my boat coming in. Again, they said "they believed that I believed I called them, but that the call never took place." I've never experienced such dirty business practices in my life.
