Hotel is old tired and dirty. Staff was good except for Accounting. On 10/14 they put a pending charge of $ 100 on my Costco Citi Account. 10 days later it was still on. I called the hotel and got accounting. First they said it is automatically handled by the computer. I said well obviously it didn't happen and please take care of it. They finally said OK and I gave all needed info.
It is still on my account and Citi says they can't do anything and refuse to tell Hyatt to do so. Never in 72 years had a pending charge stay on more than a few days. Obviously this hotel doesn't care about its customers.
Shame.
