The ER staff (doctor included) were neglectful. I ...

The ER staff (doctor included) were neglectful. I had to constantly remind them on things & waited endlessly. The staff continually kept placing my nurse remote out of reach & I almost fell trying to get it. They never offered a wheel chair for my assistance. They took 45 minutes for my discharge papers & I had to remove my IV myself because they forgot. I walked out crying & no one said a word.
