Feldmar Watch Company is the benchmark for knowledgeable, helpful and friendly staff. While my new watchband was being customized to fit my watch, Marco, Hannah and Edgar were very helpful when I asked questions about a Bulgari watch. No pressure or hard sell but lots of info on the nuts and bolts of the mechanism. Also, Feldmar services high end watches at a considerable savings compared to what their well known manufacturers charge. I ll surely be back !!!
