I live about 25 minutes away from this location, but consistently come back due to its excellent and professional service. Earlier this year, I was told by my local Honda dealer that they couldn t get a specific car in for me. I went to Honda Conicelli less than a week later and they were able to order the car in for me with no problems. Unless I simply don t have the time, I always come here to get my car serviced. The drive through type of system they have going on is fantastically efficient. You simply drive in, hand over your keys, get a ticket and wait for them to call your name when your car is ready. No running in and out. The waiting room is very spacious and comfy. There are multiple chairs, tables and outlets. There s free WiFi, vending machines and easily accessible bathrooms. It s the perfect place to get work done and be productive while waiting. The employees are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. A technician will come to the waiting room and sit with you while going over your bill in easy to understand terms. As a young woman, I never feel looked down upon as I sometimes do when at other service centers. Couldn t recommend this place more!
