My husbands best friend stayed here a cpl weeks for work. We came and took him to Universal City Walk and had a good time. Came back to the hotel that evening and it was amazing inside. The outside needed a little attention but it was beautiful inside. I guess the only complaint he told us about was the noise. The walls are so thin and heard every door slam. He didn't sleep very well but he enjoyed his stay even tho he had to work every day.
